History
Parfait ran between October 1999 and February 2003, available in-store and/or via mail order. Issues were typically 44 pages[1] (after the initial 32-page first volume[2]) and featured Baby Secret Love collections, other shop/brand introductions, event reports, interviews, art and comics.
The creator cites the title's inspiration as follows:
""Parfait" is a French word that means "perfect." It seems that sweet parfaits such as chocolate parfaits and strawberry parfaits also have the same spelling, but it's a fact that I realized this later on."[3]
