Lolita bags vary widely. On Lolibrary, this category contains everything from tote bags and eco totes (reusable shopping bags) to clutch purses, cross body shoulder bags, Boston bag purses, stuffed animal bags that have straps and zipper pockets, change purses and wallets. Pass cases and bag charms should be categorized as Accessories rather than in the Bag category.
Common/Relevant Features
Please note that patterns, fabric types, and motifs can and should be tagged for bags, but the "Solid" tag is reserved for main pieces (JSKs, OPs, skirts, etc).
Material Types
- Synthetic Leather: Any type of vegan leather, PU, leatherette, faux leather, vinyl or another non-leather substitute.
- Leather: If it says it’s made of genuine leather or cow hide. Note that it will usually be very explicit about it being genuine leather or cow hide or a similar term if it’s a Japanese item.
- Canvas: Often used for tote style bags.
- Burberry: Pretty much exclusively found in Angelic Pretty totes released to match an existing print.
