Trousers, slacks, britches. If it has two leg holes and you wear it on the outside (so it's not bloomers), it fits into this lolibrary category.
Common/Relevant Features
Please note that patterns, fabric types, and motifs can and should be tagged for pants, but the "Solid" tag is reserved for main pieces (JSKs, OPs, skirts, etc). Cuff tagging is used for leg cuffs on pants as well as sleeve cuffs in other categories.
