Blue Rogue was a short lived brand known for girly styled clothing including some with heavy lolita influence.

Concept

Their brand concept was:^[1]

BLUE ROGUE “Le tailleur avec ou une fille est familiere mignonnement”～女の子がかわいくなれる洋服屋さん～　女の子なら誰もがかわいいとおもえるアイテムを小物から洋服までトータルで揃えられるショップです。オリジナルアイテムをメインにラブリー、シック、ホップと様々なテイストをブルーローグにしかないオリジナルの「かわいい」スタイリングで提案します。 BLUE ROGUE "The tailor with or a girl is familiar cute" ~A clothing store where girls can be cute~ This is a shop where you can find all the items that every girl thinks cute, from accessories to clothes. We propose various tastes such as lovely, chic, and hop, mainly original items, with original “cute” styling that can only be found in Blue Rogue.

History

Blue Rouge launched their website March 25th, 2010.^[2]

In 2013, their parent company Crack On (株式会社クラックオン), which was established in 1997, declared bankruptcy citing that sales fell due to a decline in consumer spending and intensified competition with cheap overseas brands. ^[3]^[4] It's estimated that they had a debt of 330 million yen.^[3]

Controversy

There was some controversy about the brand due to them releasing a dress that appeared to be a copy of Victorian Maiden's Classical Regimental OP.^[5]
