IAAZAJ Textiles is a Japanese corporation that oversees several companies, including textile manufacturing and clothing brands. They are best known in lolita for being the parent company of MK Co., Ltd. (有限会社エムケー). The company name can also be stylized as IA AZ AJ Textiles. The IA comes from Daiichi Knitting Co., Ltd, AZ comes from Aizetto Co., Ltd. and AJ comes from Art Joy, which were their 3 core businesses.[1]

Established March 5, 1982, ST Sewing Co., Ltd. (sometimes styalized as ST Souwa) specialzes in the sewing of textile products, manufacturing of knit products (T-shirts, flat knitting). As of 2023, they employ 27 people and have a factory in Toyama prefecture.[3]
Motai Sangyo Co., Ltd. (母袋産業株式会社)
Established August 17, 1965, Motai Sangyo is a clothing manufacturing company making primarily school uniforms, as well as other children's and women's clothing.[3][5]
MK Co., Ltd. (有限会社エムケー) Established June 8, 2000, MK Co., Ltd. is the current parent company and manufacturer of Shirley Temple. As of January 2021, they employed 83 people and had 3,000,000 yen in captitol. average sales for the previous three periods was 820,000,000 yen. [6] As of 2023, they employed 53 people and had 20,000,000 yen in captitol.[3]
History
IAAZAJ Textiles first started in 1957 with knit dyeing, warp knitting, twining and sock manufacturing.[7] In 1970 they established Established Daiichi Amimono Co., LTD which specialized in knit dyeing.[7] In 1977 they started printing fabric, and in 1987 they had the largest width printed fabric on the market in Japan. In 1989 their fabric dying business expanded with Aizetto Co., LTD.[7] Over the 1990s and early 2000s, they aquired several pieces of specialized equipment for producing knits and printing fabrics, and expanded their offerings in those areas.[7]
In 1990 they broke into the personal color system industry with the establishment of Art Joy. [7]
In 2014, they established IAAZAJ Holdings Co., Ltd.
In 2017, they entered the garment sewing industry with the aquisition of ST Sewing Co., Ltd, and in 2018 they expanded with the aquisition of Motai Sangyo Co., Ltd.
In 2019, they aquired MK Co., Ltd., and entered the apparel industry.[7]
