The Gothic & Lolita Bible (GLB) was a periodical published in Japan from 2001[1] - 2017[2]. There were 63 standard volumes, as well as several extras. Most volumes were slightly over 100 pages, in full color, and featured articles related to lolita fashion, spreads with the latest items from Japanese brands, and pull out sewing patterns.
An attempt was made to translate the magazine into English by TokyoPop in 2008[3]. The English version of the GLB contained some of the same fashion content / new release pages from the Japanese version with a splash of English articles. The 5th and final issue (Spring 2009) featured content from the Japanese volume 28 (March 2008)[4].
