Tomoe Shinohara (篠原ともえ), real name Tomoe Ikezawa (池澤友恵), was born on March 29, 1979 in Tokyo.[1] She is a singer, actress, designer, and former cultural ambassador.[1] Her own unique fashion style known as Shinora Fashion (シノラーファッション), is similar to Decora.[2][3][4]

Life and Career

Tomoe Shinohara debuted as a pop singer with Sony Music Records in 1995. [1] In a timeline published in Rococo Volume 1 in 2004, she was described as the last of the Nagomu Gals. [5] She was widely featured in Zipper magazine in the 1990s.[6]

Influence/Legacy

According to Rococo Volume 1, producer Takkyu Ishino described her as “the future ten years of Nagomu Gals turned into a marketable product.”[5]
